Dear valued Penrose Motors customers,
In light of the current situation unfolding before us, we want to assure you that our entire team are keeping the highest standard of health and safety within our premise and our operational processes. We understand that this is a difficult time for many of us, who are all affected by the COVID19 situation directly or indirectly. To confirm, we are still fully operational, Monday - Friday: 7am - 5.30pm Our health and safety best practice include, but are not limited to: - Ensuring all our working staff are in good health, and showing no signs of being unwell (even mildly). - Having NO staff which have recently returned to NZ from overseas travel, or been in contact with others who have come back from overseas travel. If there is any news of contact, the staff member will be asked to strictly adhere to self-isolation for a minimum of 14 days. - Maintaining the highest level of hygiene around the workshop, vehicles, our office by regular handwashing, wearing disposable gloves, and disinfecting all car surfaces used for driving. - From Monday next week (30/3/20), staff numbers will be reduced and split throughout the week to minimize number of persons within the premise. Customers: If you have recently returned from overseas travel and need your vehicle serviced, please do not turn up to our workshop unannounced. Please call us and make an online booking and inform us of your current situation before proceeding. This is for the best interest of everyone involved, and the safety of the wider community. FREE PICK-UP / DROP-OFFWe would like to remind our customers that we offer FREE pick-up / drop-off services to those who live within our vicinity. If you are practising self-isolation, we are here to support you during this time. Areas included are: Penrose, Mt Wellington, Greenlane, One Tree Hill, Onehunga, Remuera and Ellerslie.
