Not quite. While we do collect and return your vehicle, all work is carried out at our fully equipped workshop. This allows us to complete more thorough and reliable servicing than a typical mobile mechanic.

What if i don't need the courtesy car?
That’s completely fine. We’ll just need a safe and legal place to park our vehicle while we take yours to the workshop.
Do I need to be home when the car is picked up/dropped off?
No, you don't have to be home as we can leave/swap the keys in a mutually agreed upon location before pick up.
Do i need to fill the courtesy car with gas i've used?
Yes please. We ask that you return the fuel to approximately the level where you received it.
DO i have to take my car seats out of the car?
It depends on the work being carried out - in some cases, car seats may need to be removed, but often they can stay in place. Just have a chat with us and we’ll let you know what’s best.

T&Cs: Our pick-up and drop-off service is available for $99 (GST inclusive) and includes collection of your vehicle, return once the work is complete, and use of a courtesy car during the booking. Any servicing, WOF and repair costs are not included in this fee. If a courtesy car is not required, a safe and legal parking space must be available at the collection address. A minimum booking time of 6 hours applies. Bookings are essential and all services are subject to availability. This service is available within selected central Auckland suburbs including Penrose, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Greenlane, Ellerslie ,Remuera, Newmarket, Epsom, Mt Eden, Mt Wellington, Meadowbank, St Johns, Stonefields, Orakei,Mission Bay, St Heliers, Glendowie, Kohimarama and Royal Oak. Please contact us to confirm eligibility for your location. Pick-up and drop-off is not available for WOF-only bookings and must be used in conjunction with servicing or repair work.
