As a woman, it is always difficult to find a good mechanic who doesn't think you are completely ignorant and try to totally rip you off. Grant and the team are very no nonsense and only does what really needs to be done and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. This is a very honest, dependable shop! They do quality work at a reasonable price, and they never do anything that your car doesn't need. There have even been a couple times when I brought a car in for something I thought it needed and was told after they checked it out that it wasn't necessary - no charge! A definite cut above the rest as far as mechanics go.
We have been taking our vehicles to Penrose Motors for six years now. Why so long? Because they truly take care of their customers. You may walk in frustrated, with your vehicle not working properly, but the majority of times you will get it back at the end of the day with excellent results which are most satisfying. You do not get over charged as they price and advise the customer before work is carried out. It is also convenient that they have courtesy cars available.
